These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through däily hydration (Däily AB, reg. no. 559522-8940), Persikogatan 12, 426 56 Västra Frölunda, Sweden. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

  • Orders are placed via our online store. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock errors.

  • By completing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

 

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR/SEK and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at checkout is the final price for your order.

  • Payment is accepted through our secure payment partners (e.g. Klarna, ShopPay, Google Pay). We never store full payment details ourselves.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery times within the EU are 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. carrier delays, customs, force majeure).

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To request a return, please contact us at info@dailyhydro.se. Our team will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Opened or used products cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons, unless they are defective.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 4 days of delivery with supporting photos.

  • If your tracking link shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Däily AB or its partners and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • däily hydration is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law (e.g. consumer protection rights).

 

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

  • Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through mutual communication with our customer service team.

  • If a settlement cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the competent court in Sweden.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
